What it is
Sky Voyage is a casual arcade endless flyer for Android. Pilot a hot air balloon through six hand-crafted biomes — meadows, mountain passes, storm clouds, desert dunes, arctic tundra and the Sky Kingdom — dodging birds, lightning, wind turbines and rival balloons while your fuel gauge ticks down.
It’s built the old-school way: a custom 2D engine written from scratch in Kotlin, a ~3.5 MB download, and zero ads, purchases or trackers. Currently in closed beta on Google Play.
How it works
- Fly. Hold and drag to steer; fire the burner to climb, release to drift. Optional gyroscope tilt steering if you like motion controls.
- Survive the biomes. Each zone brings new obstacles — hail, nets, spike clouds — and new scenery, generated procedurally so no two runs match.
- Grab power-ups. Fuel tanks, shield bubbles, speed boosts, coin magnets and score multipliers keep a good run alive.
- Make it yours. Spend collected coins in the Hangar on envelopes, baskets, crew and flags — some with stat bonuses.
- Compete. Sign in with Google Play Games (optional) for global leaderboards, 12 achievements and cloud saves across devices.

Frequently asked questions
Is Sky Voyage free? Are there ads?
Completely free — no ads, no in-app purchases, no trackers. Every balloon, basket, and power-up is earned with coins you collect in-game.
Do I need an internet connection to play?
No. The whole game runs offline. Signing in with Google Play Games is optional and only powers leaderboards and cloud saves.
How big is the download?
About 3.5 MB. The game runs on a hand-written 2D engine, so there's no bulky game framework inside.
How do I steer the balloon?
Hold and drag to steer, fire the burner to climb, release to drift. Prefer motion controls? Turn on gyroscope tilt steering in Settings.
Is it coming to iPhone?
Sky Voyage is Android-only for now.
